CalOptima Health OneCare serves one of Orange County’s most diverse communities, providing Medi-Cal and Medicare coverage to low-income individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities.

To support enrollment and retention, I helped create a cohesive set of omni-channel assets across direct mail, transit, paid social, digital display, and presentations. Using an AI-driven illustration system, we built a unified visual language that reflected personalized care and the cultural richness of Southern California across every touchpoint.
